Tim Draper founded Draper Associates in July, 1985, which when joined by John Fisher and Steve Jurvetson became the venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson (now DFJ). Investments include Skype, Hotmail, Tesla, Baidu, Theranos, and Overture, among many others. With Draper Associates, investments include Twitch.TV, YeePay, Indiegogo, Docusign, Parametric Technology and AngelList. He is the creator of viral marketing, a marketing method for spreading a software application from customer to customer, instrumental to the successes of Hotmail and Skype among hundreds of others including Gmail and Yahoo! Mail. He founded the DFJ/Draper Network, a global network of venture funds who work together to improve service to entrepreneurs, covering 30 cities around the world. He has been listed as #46 of the most outstanding Harvard alumni, #7 on the Forbes Midas List, #1 Most Networked Venture Capitalist by Always On, and #98 on the 2014 Worth Magazine 100 Most Powerful People in Finance. He has won numerous awards and honors and is regularly featured in the press as a leading supporter of entrepreneurship.

Boris Vujcic holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zagreb. He has also received diplomas in Economics from the Montpellier University (France) and was a pre-doctoral PhD Fulbright student at the Michigan State University. He joined the Croatian National Bank in 1997, and was Director of the Research Department for three years before becoming Deputy Governor in 2000, a position to which he was re-appointed in 2006. In July 2012, Mr Vujcic became Governor of the Croatian National Bank for a six-year term of office and was re-appointed for another six-year term of office in July 2018. Mr Vujcic has been a Deputy Chief Negotiator in Republic of Croatia’s negotiations with the European Union 2005-2012. He was also a member of the Global Development Network (GDN) Board in the same period, 2005-2012. He is also a Member of the Steering Committee of the ESRB, since 2016, a Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Vienna Initiative, since 2016, and a Member of the General Council of the ECB, since 2013. Mr Vujcic’s fields of expertise are macro and monetary economics, international finance and labor economics.

Vuk is the co-founder and CEO of Oraclum Intelligence Systems, a UK-based data science company that uses the power of social networks to predict election outcomes, market movements, product demand, and consumer behaviour. Their work includes doing survey experiments, data science modelling, and complex network surveys. Vuk holds a PhD from the University of Oxford, Pembroke College, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Zagreb. He attended summer schools at Berkeley and Harvard, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge, Clare College. He is happily married and a father of two boys.

Early in his career, Dubravko made the decision do spend his professional lifetime in Finance. Or he did not. But his CV says differently. He has spent over 10 years in one of the largest European banks, prior to moving to Serengeti - again to the finance sector. He established himself as a person of trust and knowledge, starting his career journey as a software developer, then becoming an architect for banking solutions and a team lead of 10 software developers. Today, Dubravko is one of the Serengeti’s finest- a Program Manager for the Finance industry. Serengeti is an international software development company specialized in team extension, nearshoring and offshoring. Our expertise comes from 13 years of experience in managing the whole development cycle, from project management and testing to DevOps. This gave us the chance to, for the third consecutive year, under Dubravko’s leadership umbrella, we manage the whole core banking system of a large European bank.

Kreso Zmak is Director Products at Infobip, one of the world's largest communications platforms and mobile operator solution providers. Kreso got his start as a software developer at Siemens, and has worked in telecoms for most of his career, moving from software developer to Director of IT and BI at Croatia's Optima Telekom, before moving to Infobip in 2015. At Infobip, Kreso has progressed through several roles in product development to become Director Products. In this role, he is in charge of coordinating internal resources in product development and aligning them with client requirements and global trends in mobile and digital communications. Kreso holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and computing from Croatia's prestigious Zagreb-based FER.

Marijana is product owner at Laqo, in Sector for digital development in Croatia osiguranje. Her career was built in telecommunications sector with strong experience in sales and marketing. She holds master degree in financial and business mathematics.

Lennart Koopmans is an entrepreneur in the online industry with extensive experience in internet marketing, e-commerce and payments and founder of Magnius. He looks at payments from an omni-channel perspective since his fashion company with a high traffic webshop also had one of the biggest stores of the region. As a company with this early combination of clicks and bricks and experience in payments in several channels, he is extremely interested in omni-channel payments, customer experience, reconciliation, etc. That's why he started Magnius in 2015. The goal of the Magnius platform is to give customers the best payment experience possible and optimize conversion rates for merchants. The platform is sold mainly to banks, PSPs and acquirers to offer the services directly to their merchants.

Lochan recently joined optile’s Partner Management team. Before making his move to optile he worked for Worldpay where he spent 13 years across the Cambridge and London offices in various roles from Sales to Product to Partnerships.

Roberto Bitunjac is member of the Management Board of Sberbank d.d. Croatia in charge of technology and operations with a strong focus on digitalization and business transformation. Roberto Bitunjac graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, and continued his education at numerous training's and educations, especially in the field of change management. He is certified in accordance with the PROSCI change management methodology.His business career started at Volksbank d.d. and later as a group coordinator for the field of IT at Volksbank International in Vienna. After gaining rich international experience he returned to Sberbank d.d. to the position of Deputy Director of the Organization and IT and later he held the position of Director of IT. From 2017. - 2019.Roberto joins Microsoft as a Digital Advisor for Central and Eastern Europe and actively participates in the Digital transformation as advisor of the leading financial and non-financial companies in the CEE region.

Josipa Majic is a founder and CEO at ID Guardian, a London-based company with offices in Zagreb and Palo Alto that analyses biometric data and creates affective computing systems and cofounder and CEO of Revuto, a subscription management solution. ID Guardian ultimately helps people and companies worldwide to collect, analyze and interpret biometric data in a fast, scalable, affordable and hassle-free way. Josipa is the main visionary behind ID Guardian’s products and overall strategy, responsible for successful customer relationships with Fortune 100 clients globally. She also started the Affective computing lab and helped in creating and teaching the first affective computing course at the Faculty of Business and Economics in Zagreb. After using biometric data in consumer research for banks, neobanks and fintechs - Josipa and her colleagues decided to address the opportunity for consumers and businesses in the subscription economy by starting Revuto, a subscription management solution. No one should pay for subscriptions they did not want or use - and Revuto is here to bring the power back in the hands of customers. Her work and products are used by some of the best global universities and brands in more than 44 countries since 2014. She was acknowledged by TIME Magazine as the inventor of top 10 most innovative products of the year. Josipa was a keynote speaker at the Global Entrepreneurship summit, appeared on the BBC, Fox News, WSJ, Forbes, CNN and many others.

Relja Markovic is the executive director responsible for digital transformation and application development at Addiko Group for all six countries in which Addiko Bank operates. He has been working at Addiko Bank since 1999, where he started as an IT specialist. From 2002 to 2009, he was the head of the direct banking team, then the head of information system architecture and strategy and the head of IT development. During his career, Relja led the development of the most important digital projects for users of banking services in the field of retail banking and business entities. Also he has actively participated in the implementation of the Bank’s digital strategies in Croatia and in the entire Addiko Group.

Dzenan Lojo has joined TIS 20 years ago, after graduating at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at University of Zagreb.
